Moss and Vine Studio Store Refund and Exchange Policy

Store Purchases:

•  Returns or refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

•  Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

•  All returned or exchanged items must be in new, unused condition and returned to our store.

•  Proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, or exchanges.

•  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Workshops and Classes:

•  Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop or class are eligible for a full refund.

•  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop or class are eligible for a 50% refund.

•  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop or class.

•  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
